Today, I am choosing to feature the new Rosie for Autograph makeup range that the beautiful Rosie Huntington-Whitely collaborated on for M&S. I have high expectations as supermodels will not put their name or get involved with any design or collaboration unless it is going to be of supreme quality. Here are my views so far…
It’s impossible not to be impressed by the vintage rose gold packaging, there are lots of little considered details on the packaging that immediately suggests deluxe. Open the compacts and you can see from the visual, the colour palettes are a very rich selection of wearable chocolate tones, the rose imprint is cute and adds to the detail of this range. Whether its for day or night these eyeshadow colours will work on all skin tones. I have chosen these 2 blushers from the collection as the colours are super wearable now for summer. Personally I’m a big fan of cream blushers as I always aim to achieve that no-makeup barely there contour which is more achievable using a cream textured blusher, however I will be trying out the powder bronzer and will let you know if it passes the test to get into my professional kit, keep a watch on my instagram page to see!!
I haven’t tried out these photographed products yet as they are nearly too beautiful to touch, I can tell you however that the makeup brushes are super soft on the skin and just gorgeous, the bristles grabs powder evenly which then disperses beautifully over the skin when applied. The Amazing Radiance cream is a good illuminating hi-lighter and disappears seamlessly to leave a natural enhanced expensive glow.
The colour palette in the photo is called Deco Diamonds, and the cream blusher is English Rose Flush. Perfect names for a perfect well considered collection!
